Do you like chinoiserie?
I am loving all the chinoiserie around at the moment. I just started a new Pinterest board devoted to chinoiserie. Chinoiserie inspired wall paper design is back in mode and store windows in Paris seem full of them.
I have spent a while drooling over the De Gournay collections ... hey look, they even show a photo with Ghetto in it already!
and look at this bathroom! I just love the De Gournay paper behind the bath
But what really pleased me is to see that there are companies in Paris who still offer hand painted wall panels and wall paper - what could be more luxurious?!
Look how beautifully this painted decor by Letoile fits into a contemporary Parisian apartment.

Another Parisian name offering hand painted wall covering is Ananbô who have just launched their new collection.
I can't even imagine how exciting it would be to have someone come and paint a wall like this in my home! I'd sit and admire it all day!
