Krisztina is a stylist and has a passion for 1950s-60s american vintage furniture. She decorated her Hamburg home with vintage finds from this era, colorful fabrics and moodboards and carefully handpicked pieces, giving her home a vintage and very feminine character.

... this teen desk area with its army style canvas wall organizing storage pockets spotted on the always inspiring Milk Magazine. Not to mention the magnificent industrial era desk. J'aime pas, j'adore!

Today, I am seriously in love with this pic : love, love, love the industrial yet minimal feel of this work space {there's actually absolutely nothing I don't like here...}. And this oversized vibrant red marquee letter is just showing off like a giant piece of artwork. Oh, I love vintage!

Today, I am loving this kids corner with these vintage 1960s camping beds and washed out color pillows... So cosy, comfy, full of different inviting textures, I'd even use these for a grown ups corner! Love, love, love this space.

I ♡ the Pretzel Chair

The current object of my affection : the Norman Cherner Pretzel Chair, so classic, unique, beautiful. In a perfect world, I would spot an authentic vintage one on Ebay [and nobody would see the listing because it would be wrongly spelled or misplaced, and the owner would want to get rid of it] and I would get it for... let's say 50 bucks, OK 150, oui, c'est mon dernier mot... Yeah, I know... might have more chances to win the lottery... What a magnificent piece!

New Shop Items!

Yummy finds freshly listed on the shop : a vintage American Red Cross flag and a brass boxing ring bell - I had the "Eye of the Tiger" tune from the Rocky Balboa movie in my head all day yesterday while shooting the beauty... Sometimes, it's hard to conjugate business sense with the heart... These pieces would look fab in my living space - or in my black and white office for the flag, but I am telling myself that these vintage finds will get a new adoptive place and more treasures are waiting to be hunted...

J'aime pas, j'adore!

What's not to like in this space? I am drooling over the pair of black Panton chair, with their very feminine curves, the French bistro chairs, the Italian vintage crystal chandelier, this natural light filtering through the burlap shade and the contrast of all these elements with the rock-and-rollesque classical painted portrait ! Oh, and these glasses of wine and piece of cheese waiting on the table... A la vôtre/ Cheers!

Oh la la, I went treasure hunting today and I found some amazing finds! These beauties will be available soon for sale on the shop. I must admit I love these vintage finds so much that I wouldn't mind keeping them all for myself... I even seriously debated with myself whether this gorgeous early century dress form should stay in my bedroom as a jewelry display piece, it's just too perfect!

Visit the recently remodeled 2000-square-foot loft of photographer Anita Calero in West Chelsea. I am dying over the Jean Prouve dining table and chairs and the subtle use of old vintage pieces. Beautiful!
