Loving this picture of a soft and gentle christmas theme for a baby's or child's room. These felt stars could not be easier to make, just cut out the shapes, sew them together and fill with a little stuffing before closing completely. Add a few sequins or beads for some extra sparkle. Attach the stars to a length of ribbon and string them up against a wall or a window.
Of course the picture works especially well with the antique child's bed and the soft colours for the bedding.
The grey woodwork emphasizes the soft impression of this pretty wreath made from eucalyptus leaves. I love the dark grey ribbon hanging across the shape.
And finally a simple string of beads and stars added to this chandelier, gives an immediate and festive feel.
What simple ideas are you using this year to decorate your home for christmas?
