Do you love Industrial Chic pieces?
Old metal buckets and bins, vintage lockers and other rusty crusty treasures
Old chippy metal chairs, tables with legs made from pipes, etc.?
I have been finding it hard to resist little metal treasures lately.
I brought a set of four vintage lockers home with me from my grandfathers shed not long ago...
not sure yet where they will go- I just know I love them.
I recently also picked up a couple more industrial inspired items at the Re-Store...
totally not my usual style but I am drawn to that crusty metal look it seems.
I love a bit of industrial mixed in with more elegant.
It just fits my design style I guess- though I don't have too much industrial going on yet.
In my kitchen-
I have a special piece that brings in that touch of industrial-
my grandfathers workshop stool.
He had this old painted metal stool in his wood workshop off the garage for as long as I can remember.
I love the crusty finish and most of all the memories that it has.
I tossed the burlap cover over the seat for a little bit more neutral tone-
but love the cracked leather seat as well.
Here are some of my favorite industrial chic pins from the past week or so-
you can find more on Pinterest in my Industrial Chic Board

It's the first day of high school for my daughter
and first day of SENIOR year for my middle guy today!
Cannot believe it!
The heat is on hold for a moment here... it almost looks like rain this morning- which is fantastic
and is a welcome break from the 100 degree weather!
Working on finishing up those scores from the re-store and will be sharing soon~
See you this afternoon for Feathered Nest Friday!!
