As some of you have guessed from my family name, my husband is Corsican. La Corse is a charismatic island, moody and rugged , due south of Nice, rich in lush breathtaking landscapes, deep baritone voices and strong personalities!
We are fortunate to be able to use a family house for our holidays, but sometimes friends ask me for a good place to stay, and this little gem is about the best I have found.
La Domaine de Murtoli is made up of several holiday properties, each beautifully restored. Guests can self cater or dine in the farm restaurant. For days out, you can order picnic hampers SIGH ....
The individual houses, are stunning, so much attention has been paid to detail.
And the dining and spa areas are just to die for
And just to make the whole location more than perfect, they have private beaches .
You know what? one of the villas can sleep 12 -
